At Fellowes Shredder, we stand by the quality of our office technology and offer a 30-day return policy for all electronic equipment in its original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for refunds or replacements to ensure your office remains productive.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the shredder and all included accessories back into the original manufacturer's box with protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
